Shipping & Returns
How we ship heavy equipment, typical delivery timelines, return rules, and how we handle exchanges.
1. Freight shipping
Car lifts, alignment systems, and other heavy equipment ship via freight carriers. Available services and estimated delivery windows are confirmed at checkout or after order review. Transit times may be longer during peak seasons.
2. Processing times
In-stock equipment typically ships within 5–10 business days after order confirmation. Freight scheduling, lift-off requirements, and warehouse availability can affect timing. We will notify you by email if delays occur.
3. Shipping charges
Freight costs depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and access requirements. Promotional shipping offers, when available, are applied at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery access
Freight deliveries may require a commercial address, lift gate service, or appointment scheduling. Confirm that your delivery location can accept heavy equipment before placing an order.
5. Return eligibility
New, unused equipment in original, unmarked packaging is typically eligible for return within the period shown on your order confirmation. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged may not be accepted.
6. Items that cannot be returned
Special‑order lifts, installed electrical components, and custom-configured equipment may be non‑returnable. Restrictions are noted on product pages where possible.
7. How to start a return
Contact our support team at info@509automotive.net with your order number, SKU(s), and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return freight instructions when applicable.
8. Refunds and exchanges
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable freight or restocking charges. Exchanges can be arranged as a new order using return credit.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If freight arrives damaged or you receive the wrong equipment, notify us promptly with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you on replacement or refund as appropriate.
