Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about lifts, freight shipping, and shop equipment.
Ordering
How can I track my order?
Freight orders receive a carrier tracking number once dispatched. You can also log into your account and open the Orders section for status updates.
Shipping
How does freight shipping work for lifts?
Heavy equipment ships via freight carrier to the contiguous 48 states. Delivery is typically curbside; liftgate service may be available for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may incur extra charges.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock equipment typically ships within 3–7 business days. Freight transit time is usually 5–14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused equipment in original packaging may be returnable within 30 days, subject to restocking fees and return freight costs. Large items like lifts have special return conditions — contact support before initiating a return.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as select digital wallets. All payments are processed over encrypted connections.
Warranty
Do lifts come with a warranty?
Most lifts include a manufacturer warranty against defects. Coverage terms vary by brand and model and are listed on each product page.
General
How do I choose the right car lift?
Consider your vehicle weight, ceiling height, bay width, and power supply (110V vs 220V). Two-post lifts suit most service bays; four-post lifts are ideal for storage and alignment. Contact support with your bay dimensions and we will recommend suitable models.
What is ALI certification?
ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) certification means a lift has been tested to meet industry safety standards. Many professional shops require ALI-certified equipment for insurance and compliance reasons.
Do you offer lift installation?
We sell equipment for professional installation. Most two-post lifts require concrete anchoring and electrical work. We can connect you with installation resources and provide specification sheets for your installer.
Can you help me pick equipment for my shop?
Yes. Share your bay dimensions, typical vehicle types, and intended use (service, storage, alignment). Our equipment specialists will recommend lifts and tools that match your workflow.
